We contacted Steven Corr of Mt Charleston Realty to see if they would be interested in selling our property. Steven contacted us and prepared the paperwork right away and had everything going very quickly. He was very knowledgeable about what needed to be done and what was the best way to market it. We got an offer after a few weeks and we were ready to close escrow. At the last minute the buyer pulled out of the deal. We were disappointed. Steven didn't hesitate and said don't worry we will work on getting another offer. We will get it sold. Sure enough a few weeks later, we got a great offer and it sold. Steven and Mt Charleston Realty really came through and their expertise in the real estate business really showed. They were a pleasure to work with and were always available for any questions we had. Everything was taken care of right away and we were always kept up to date with the whole process.
