For the last several months I have been working with Katie Tomashowski in an effort to purchase a new home. When I first considered buying a cabin on Mt. Charleston in 2001, I contacted Angie (from a flyer) and asked her opinion about the cabin I was interested in. Although she was not the listing agent or my realtor, she was kind enough to take the time and share her knowledge about the mountain, and give me her professional opinion about the cabin I wanted. Thereafter, having lived on Mt. Charleston for nine years, I learned of Angie and Garry’s reputation for being honest, down-to-earth, knowledgeable, and professional. When it came time for me to sell my cabin, I would have used them as my listing agents, but my boyfriend at the time was a realtor. I knew, however, that they would be the ones who would bring me a buyer, and they did. Working with Angie and Garry was a pleasure. They are highly professional with warm, friendly, and understanding manners. I will certainly refer to them and recommend others to contact them for their buying or selling needs.
