As a military family, my wife and I often have conflicting schedules with little time together. We were fortunate to work with someone that always made time for us even if it was last minute. Katie made us feel like we were the only clients she was working with even though I knew she was just as busy as we were. She has the ability to remember every little detail we mentioned about everything it seemed. We are first-time homebuyers and the whole process can seem overwhelming and intimidating. Katie was great at dumbing everything down enough so I could understand it. We are extremely pleased with her professionalism and promptness.

We soon learned that purchasing a foreclosure property is not for the impatient. We had several issues, all of them out of our control; however, each one affecting us in a major way. Katie was amazing. We would call her all hours of the day and sometimes at night and I think every weekend. She was at our house several times helping us sign the paperwork, she would meet us in central locations, and we were very grateful when her dad stepped in to help with it before the inspection. The entire process took a little over two months, it was a grueling time, but I was and am still grateful for Katie’s patience and positive attitude. When it felt like we could just walk away from a nonresponsive seller, Katie reminded us that we were almost to the finish line; we would soon have our home. First of all, we are so thankful to have such amazing people like the Tomashowski family in our lives. My husband and I set out to purchase our first home and Katie was by our sides the entire time. As first-time home buyers, every step of the way is a little bit frightening but Katie made sure to keep us comfortable and fully understand every little detail.
