We selected Katie Corr of MT. CHARLESTON REALTY to sell our house in Las Vegas. In the first meeting that we had with Katie I realized, she is a highly intelligent real estate professional, dedicated to her work, one of those who, are hard to find in this industry. She knew the fair value of our house. She pointed to us every advantage that our house had which could help to sell it. After listing with her, she took professional pictures of our house and flooded all online websites as well as realtors’ multiple listing services with them. In short, few months we received a lowball offer, far less than we needed to sell. At the beginning, I was discouraged and couldn’t see sell it to these buyers. However, after a few offers and counteroffers, Katie skillfully convinces the buyers, that this property is worth its price and sold our house to them for the best price we could ever get for it. In our case, Katie’s husband even fixed our door to keep the buyers happy, and that was above and beyond our expectations from our Realtor.
