Katie and Taylor did an Open House for my 1941 Old Town Cabin within days of listing with them, and there was a traffic jam of people wanting to see it.

Probably one of the very few traffic jams ever to occur in Old Town.

The Cabin sold a few days later, and within a week, the rain began to pour, and it kept on pouring.
Katie pulled off the impossible, by selling the Cabin while Old Town was being washed away, and sold it at just below the listed price.

I also want to add that Katie and her daughter personally cleaned up the entryway to my cabin after the flood, as I was out of town for a few months.

This service was not expected, but was absolutely appreciated.

We contacted Steven Corr of Mt Charleston Realty to see if they would be interested in selling our property. Steven contacted us and prepared the paperwork right away and had everything going very quickly. He was very knowledgeable about what needed to be done and what was the best way to market it. We got an offer after a few weeks and we were ready to close escrow. At the last minute the buyer pulled out of the deal. We were disappointed. Steven didn't hesitate and said don't worry we will work on getting another offer. We will get it sold. Sure enough a few weeks later, we got a great offer and it sold.
