Angie and her team know the playing field and the rules better than any realtors I've worked with in purchasing, over time, seven different homes. Impeccable and timely advice and service, smart, focused, and responsive. They benefit the client with that rare combination of aptitude and attitude by playing fair, and when appropriate, playing tough -- it's a winning team. For me, they patiently showed multiple homes until I found the one I wanted. From there, they took the time to lay out a bidding strategy to entice the seller into a contract, which in turn prompted an appraisal, which (using some leverage discovered by the team, but held in reserve during the bidding process) ultimately led to a committed sale at 80% of list price. We could never have pushed the sellers to that point, but Angie and the team led them there through a minefield of potential issues, one carefully placed, well-measured step at a time.
